The Dubai Mall Project, Dubai, the largest shopping mall in the world. The project comprises a 515,000 m2 Mall Area about the size of 50 soccer fields, a 550,000 m2 car parking area, and a district cooling plant building of 42,000 refrigeration tons. The Dubai Mall boasts the Dubai Aquarium, a 270 degree walk through tunnel and the world’s largest viewing window. The Dubai Aquarium and Discovery Center, an education ecology and marine life experience centre, clinched the Guinness World Record for the World’s Largest Acrylic Panel, measuring 32.88 meters wide x 8.3 m high x 750 mm thick, and weighing 245,614 kg.

Khursaniyah Producing Facilities & Gas Plants in Saudi Arabia; this project is one of the most ambitious hydrocarbon programs ever built in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province and is an important increment in Saudi Aramco’s Capital Program, which is designed to increase petroleum output in response to increasing world energy demand.

Construction of the largest GTL Project in the World in Qatar.
The Qatargas 3 & 4 LNG Plant, Trains 6 & 7 in Qatar, the largest LNG Trains in the world at 7.82 MTPA. With these two trains completed, we can proudly announce that CCC is the most experienced worldwide LNG construction contractor, having achieved the completion of 17 LNG Trains with a total capacity of 82 MTPA, equivalent to 30% of all LNG facilities in the world.
The Khalifa Sports Hall-Sports Dome, Doha, Qatar. This new sports hall is the world’s largest air-conditioned indoor facility of its kind under an architecturally unique edifice consisting of two semi circular shells. The dome is a landmark development for Qatar and the region. The Sports Hall was used for the 2006 Doha Asian Games.
Qatar Faculty of Islamic Studies; the Qatar Faculty of Islamic Studies is located in the southern zone of Qatar Foundation’s Education City Campus covers an area of 55,000 m2. The facility will provide classroom, seminar room, auditorium, library, mosque (prayer areas), offices and support spaces for students, faculty, staff and guests.
New Doha International Airport (NDIA), Qatar – Air Traffic Control, Midfield Area Access System, and other various airport support buildings.
The Dukhan Highway – Central Contract consisting of 40 km roads and four interchanges, and the Doha Expressway (F-Ring Road) consisting of a dual carriageway and four interchanges.
Muscat International Airport, Main Contract 1-Runways, Roads & Utilities, Oman.
New Port at Al Duqm-Maritime Works including construction of breakwaters and quay walls, and dredging and reclamation works.
A’seeb Collection and Conveyance System, Al Khoudh Gravity Sewer Networks, Oman.
A 7 year engineering and maintenance contract in Bahja, Marmul & Nimr, Oman. The contract includes engineering and maintenance of terminal faciliti4s, infrastructure assets, and government gas assets.
In Kuwait, CCC was recently awarded the New Export Transit Pipelines from BS-171 to AGRP at Mina Al Ahmadi. The project consists of engineering, procurement and construction of a gas export pipeline, condensate export line and associated facilities.

CCC has State of art functioning full fledged Engineering office located in Abu Dhabi and provides home office services for EPC Projects being executed by CCC group worldwide.
CCC’s engineering offices have a permanent core staff of around 400 qualified and experienced professionals.
Within its State-of-Art Engineering office, CCC utilise an array of 3D and 2D Engineering and design software tools that enable it to undertake engineering and designs to meet high quality requirements of clients. The Engineering and design software packages are customised for efficient usage and for closely integrated functioning of all engineering disciplines. Software currently in use includes HYSYS, HTRI, FLARENET, PDS, PDMS, MARIAN, SmartPlant P&ID, SP 3D, INtools, CAESAR II, ETAP, STAAD Pro and many more.
The company is constantly reviewing syatems and procedures and improvising where required for enhancing quality and productivity during the engineering, procurement and construction phases of projects. Areas of improvement encompasses development of in-house software and new workflows, as well as acquiring and implementing the latest available engineering tools and software for EPC projects, such as laser scanning of existing facilities for revamp projects, and plant lifecycle data standardization (ISO-15926).
